Our aim and role as a leading Buy-to-Let Mortgage Broker, together with the continual drive and motivation of everyone here at Landlord Mortgages, is to provide a service ‘second to none’ for our clients. Our website has to date refrained from including testimonials and this has been a deliberate policy on our part for a number of reasons.

I have now been dealing with Landlord Mortgages for approximately three years and wish to commend your company on the service it provides.

I am impressed with the way your company functions with meticulous efficiency and the pleasant mannerism displayed by your staff at all times. It is refreshing to know that your company appreciates the importance of customer service as much as I do.

In addition to the excellent service you provide, your staff ( as common practice) are very obliging and when any problems arise with a mortgage application they not only inform you of this promptly but they are there with a solution too. Incredible !

With my hectic daily schedule, it is difficult to obtain mortgage quotes as they are time consuming . Henceforth, it is reassuring to know that your are available in the evenings with late opening times on Monday/Tuesday and are also accessible on Saturday mornings.

When you say you are going to do something you do. You are so prompt at returning phonecalls and sending out quotations/correspondence. You even listen to your answering machine messages ! ! Most of my time (beyond 60%) is spent chasing up people because they have not returned my phonecalls or I still have not received something in the post. I am glad that this does not apply to you.

The text messaging service is a fantastic idea. I am informed that my mortgage quotation has been sent out and thus should be in my possession, I am informed when my mortgage application has been received by our (despite myself unnecessarily sending it by Special Postal Delivery) and I am kept up to date with mortgage offers.

The entire process from mortgage quotation to obtaining a mortgage offer runs like swiss clockwork and deadlines are met (usually with ample time to spare). Your staff are eager to ensure that each individuals circumstances and each mortgage application are dealt with on their own merits (e.g. with flexibility) and not solely en mass with rigidity. This is the personal approach with makes a person feel an individual and unique.

The majority of my dealings (of recent) have been with Danielle and Roger, once the mortgage application has been submitted . They are ambassadors to your company. They listen to the customers placed into their care and do not place obstacles in their path. They instill confidence into me and thus I do not need to worry about how my mortgage application is progressing because I know it is in the care of capable and efficient individuals who execute their duties exactly in accord with your Company’s mission statement.

My only complaint (if you dare to read on after having heard all these praises) is that I have not had the pleasure of meeting these wonderful people in person !

I hope you feel able to pass copies of this letter around the office for all your staff to read as:

1.) a source of feedback and in the knowledge that what they do serves a vital role in peoples business affairs and ultimately their personal lives.

2.) a personal thank you to each and everyone I have had the pleasure to converse with and who have offered me their assistance unreservedly.
